I can get incoming calls, but I can’t make outgoing calls. Thanks for your help with this.

I just registered today and my number was transferred. I cannot make outgoing calls but I can only receive inbound calls. I need help with this issue.Thank you for your help.

There is no envelop icon on the top of this page.

I always kept my SIM card (from previous provider) during the activation process. I still have it on my phone. I can receive calls but not make calls.
