Submitting a ticket isn't working either, I've been waiting for my ordered sim card which I paid for to come in the mail and it has been over 3 weeks. I have not gotten it, I want either a refund or someone to actually send my sim card to me.

I wouldn't be bothered by the amount of time it takes if it was this amount of time last purchase I made by them. But I've ordered the same kind of sim a couple months back and got it within 3 days, I still live in the same house.
