When I begin the subscription process a charge for the sim card is included in the cart. But I already bought the sim card at a local dealer. There doesn't seem to be a way to avoid getting charged for a sim card that i don't need.Can this be avoided...

My wife and I purchased PM SIM cards today and have them in hand. Is there any advantage in waiting to the beginning of September to port our numbers over, or can we do it today or tomorrow?
