So did you change plan immediately and saw the discount but it wasn’t applied and they were able to fix so you have the discount now? if so it kinda goes against the message I got about not manually applying if it didn’t work, but that’s good service...

Why does the US/CAN plan force a Quebec IP? In the 8 years with PM, my IP has always been Ontario, up to last week when I was still on a Canada only plan.
