I purchased an add-on for talk text US roaming,  and it shows in my account and charged the $15 but now that I'm in the US I can't make calls or text or receive voice mail. Please help as I have some urgent family concerns and need to be available.. 

Hello, I currently pay $50 per month for a Canada/US subscription but I see that it is now on sale for $34 per month. If I change to the lower cost subscription, will I lose all my accumulated add-ons? I would appreciate if someone could please revie...
