Cannot connect to data after getting new plan with faster and more data. please fix

@CS_AgentI updated to a new plan effective august 14. This new plan offered me 20gb of 4g, my previous plan was 8gb of 3g. Since the 14th I am unable to get any data, my phone does not connect to data at all. What is going on? please fix this.

thank you, rebooting worked. Suprised I didnt try the age old IT solution of rebooting.
