No I activated on Oct 10th. The account is no longer suspended as I made payment on Nov 10 via credit card

Rafael tells me to call the porting center number, when I enter my phone number it say "an active transfer request does not exist for this number"

I am having the same issue. The number transfer I initiated yesterday did not complete. I cannot get in touch with anyone at Public to restart the transfer process
