Seem to be losing cell service.Tried all the so called fixes. (airplane mode, reset network, turn phone off, etc., etc.)None work.Iphone XR has always worked flawlessly.Happening a few times in the last few weeks.Only sos showing on phone.Thanks

Is there a plan for existing customers that mirrors this deal, or do I have to cancel first, and than become a new member? I understand that companies want to entice new customers, but what about making it also available to loyal customers?Regards
