I just switched to 4G network 20G plan but my phone shows no internet under LTE nor 3G network and also I can not use 2G data bonus under LTE nor 3G network. What should I do? Can I go back to my old phone data plan?

Thank everyone for all suggestions. I went to settings/system and reset network/wifi/mobile data, then use LTE, it works  
