I am trying to help a friend set up public mobile...it's saying something about a new device and keeps sending a verification code to an old phone number to get full access and we can't get the code from there....

On the 9th of June 2023 I paid 44.20 twice that should have paid me till August 9th....I confirmed with my bank that the 2 charges were taken from my account....I now find my phone suspended as my plan did not renew....something is not right and I am...
