I’ve tried turning my phone off and on; I’ve no SIM card to make sure it was clean, checked to make sure the phone was not lost or stollen, checked the port compartment, checked the manual settings. Help please!!!
It is an IPhone 12. It is unlocked which was confirmed by the pervious carrier. Replied Yes and dod it with the help of previous carrier Telus that it was received.Thank you i will try contacting an agent in the morning
