Hello @CS_Agent I have ordered a new sim cars with Public on June 15 and payment went through. However, I still didn’t receive neither the card nor the notification about purchase/ shipment.Please follow up on this order. I need an update

Yes, I got this instructions from the Chat Bot.It is very complicated to get a hold of customer support team for me.
