I have ordered a new sim cars with Public on June 15 and payment went through. However, I still didn’t receive neither the card nor the notification about purchase/ shipment.

Please follow up on this order. I need an update

Yes, I got this instructions from the Chat Bot.

It is very complicated to get a hold of customer support team for me.

Hello @kristys9 , curious as to why you tagged CS_Agent here in the public forum? The community public forum is normally where other customers and members like you post to help one another out.

Were you instructed to tag CS_Agent from some location on the public mobile web pages? If so, can you remember where it was and post it here? I am curious where these instructions may be. Thanks

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
