I just did this - I went to change subscription and was able to update it there. I did lose out on 2 weeks of my previous plan (as I was on a 90 day plan), but I had run out of data, so needed to make the switch. Good luck!

I just upgraded my plan and I was still able to retain my old rewards. It even appears as though my past rewards were applied towards this month's fees and my future rewards will be applied to subsequent monthly bills.
I'm not having the same problem, but I wonder if perhaps you are in a certain area or location where 5G is not yet available? Otherwise, have you tried doing a hard reboot/restart of your phone? Perhaps that might reset it for you and get back to t...
