We are on holiday in US from Canada. Purchased roaming/data/phone plan. Data &texting work but phone won't connect. I upgraded to 4G to make this work. Help please

T mobile didn't work. My phone doesn't have volte

i do not have volte but am on lte network. Ttried T mobile but did not make a difference.

Yes it's there. All other services work. Phone calls Don

I did try rebooting. Am using At&T. Other options won't load

I purchased this in Feb and it worked great. Purchased again Oct 1st and having phone call issue. Have not and don't know about volte process
