Call forwarding to Fongo

i'm trying to get my Android phone to forward calls from my Public Mobile number to Fongo number. I've put the *21*number# but I get a "unexpected server response" why would that be? what am I doing wrong?

Thank you all for the input. After fiddling with it and re-installing my Fongo app, the only option that works is for all calls to be forwarded.

I clicked on the link you provided and followed the instructions the chatbot laid out. None of it works.
