US roaming

Hi, I purchased the 1GB US roaming. I am in Hawaii. I have followed all the steps that have been outlined in many posts. Turned on roaming, changed APN, restarted network settings, restarted phone but nothing is working. Help?

I did buy the add on. It is showing up on my profile under add ons. When I go to click at+t or any of the providers that show up none of them connect.
