@CS_Agent  We all know 50% off for 24 months was for $40+ Plans. My question is does anyone know if it's possible to switch to other planes that are available in the App as long as you maintain the $40+ threshold?

I am paying customer on a $30 + Plan since October 2024, so far I only received 0.9 Points in Rewards. So I reached out to CS_Agent and this is what I am told. I don't believe what they are saying is correct. edited by computergeek541:  removed unrel...
