Canada ranks at 216 in the world for mobile phone plan data affordability. Will we ever see some more affordable phone plans like 4G or 5G speeds, usage tiers 2-3-4-5-6GB for $25 or less?

As a consumer,  we see offerings like, $25 for 1GB at 3Mbps speed, then $39 for 20GB at 100Mbps, then $45 for 40GB at 250Mbps... how come the gap is soo extreme between low tier service and high end with absolutely no middle? Would there be a service...
