I haven’t logged into my account for a long time, tried now but I can’t find my login. I need to log in to make payment please advice 

Any calls to me it goes directly to voicemail. Also I don’t receive sms messages 

I am now in overseas and I lost my sim card. I need to switch to esim, how is it possible
