Several attempts when I am logged in and same issue - can't get past step 1 to submit a ticket !!!

maybe I am mis understanding but I have to use incognito to access help?  really?

yup already verified - still nothing - can't log get past first screen!   crazy !  very poor

Over a month!!!  Crazy system ! Yes I go to chat bot - it says oh no can't help - contact /submit ticket - that tells me to log in - log in not accepted!!!   pretty poor!
