I made a payment the 28 dec and today the 11jan all my services was canceled.even my account look like i don’t have it anymore… i would like to understand what going on…?
When i call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter my phone number. It say : sorry i can’t proses your request…. So i dont have line anymore and i cant connect to my account.. if i try to change my password it doesn’t work.. always have a error message…
