I ended up having to call Samsung to get my IMEI number. I needed the Serial Number and I had to call them from a phone that was working to do it. I hope you can at least find the Serial Number somewhere in your records.

Oh, interesting. Do they often increase their prices? That was one of the things that I didn't like about the company I was with before. Same price for many years and then it started to go up every year or so, even when I changed nothing.
Just a note on the Koodo plan (because I saw it today, too) it does say it expires after 15 months. Not sure what happens then but I thought it was good information to share.
