I have pre-loaded Visa card from MoGo.Public Mobile doesn’t recognize it, so SIM card sent to me is essentially useless. Why doesn't Public Mobile recognize a Visa card.

So far the Public Mobile is the only one that doesn’t accept this Visa card. I only have 1 postal code.

The reason I picked MoGo because there is absolutely no fees for using or not using the card.
