i used zoiper and with Fido data plan at that time, also, couldn't receive massages for example the verification code when i logged into my bank etc, so i ported number out, I hope  Voip MS fix this issue now. 

i used to use VOIP.MS a few years ago, the signal is bad at that time so ported my number out at that time. do you know if VOIP.MS is better nowadays? Thinking to switch to VOIP.MS as i lose my rewards at PM
