USA add on data not working

I purchased the $20 USA add-on with data last night and drove into USA today. My phone service seems to work just fine, but the data is rarely seems to work. Most of the time it tells me that I am not connected.  Any ideas?

HST charged when adding $ to account

My account is all paid up but I needed to add $20 to purchase an add-on. However, my credit card was also charged the HST, but only put $20 credit on my account. What gives?
