Hi there,I did not give PM permission to charge my account as I did not want to renew. I was not charged last month but for unknown reasons, it was charged on September 15th. I will not be using PM again and I do not want to be charged moving forward...

Telling me I need to get a moderator to give me access. I was locked out despite using the PIN number, can can someone please provide me with one.

I declined that option for pre-authorized payments. No automatic renewal was allowed

I can’t even create a ticket as it is giving me an error when I hit submit. I am using the SIM card number and the pin I created when I activated the account.

It was an iPad Air initially but now it is in a iPhone 6 and the sim is locked. Asking for a PUK number.
