SIM card Not working

My Sim Card doesn't work. I am using it on a different phone but this phone is unlocked and brand new. it says NO SIM CARD- Emergency only. What should I do?

Mine fits perfectly on the slot. I have tried other ways but I am sure I am putting the right way.

Same thing happened to me. Samsung Galaxy A32 ( it's unlocked)
