I'm currently locked out of my public mobile account. I have the same password for public mobile as I do for my email address. I cant remember my email password. Therefore, I am unable to change my password and make a payment. Please help.

Yes, I can do that way but, that way I can't get my rewards and it costs extra to pay for a voucher.
