I signed up for 2 gig of data for 12 months but only get 1 gig of data plus I used my wife as a referral but she never got any credit for it.thanks Dave

When I setup my public Mobile account I used the promo code 12MONTHS2GB. but it has not been applied to my account.

You need to go to lost or stolen phone, suspend your account. After 30 days your account will be deactivated.
