I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.Trying to Access WI-FI Calling feature, but no luck.. Does not come up anywhere.Is it My phone or Plan?Thank you

Bought a new phone and it requires a Nano Sim Card, no public mobile kiosk in Prince George and not offered online..
