I have his phone number I want to start up his account again, its been dormant for two months.  He's with Public Mobile.  

Have done this didn't work.

Hello, I was on here the other day asking the same question and did follow the simple instructions but couldn't top up the account or start it. He's missing. The RCMP have asked me again to reach out.  I need to pay money to have his phone activated....
