Can't log in to my account.

I set my account up on Thursday (with some help from Jorge) but I still can't log into my account. I can log into my Community one, obviously. Help!

Error 821 when trying to set up account

I got an error 821 message and can't finish setting up my account. I can't start a ticket as my phone number isn't set up yet. Help!
