ZTE phone - data won't work

Just got activated with public mobile. Phone and text works greatData will not work on this phone? Is it a phone problem or some issue with PublicData works fine in other phones I've tested the sim card in?

Just put in these APN settingsMade sure data was onChose automatic registration for networks
