This usually happens when you have no minutes left but you said that wasn't the issue. Are you getting incoming calls? Trying rebooting your phone if not check your settings on your phone. Is it an iphone?
What error message are you getting?This happened to me last week and I cleared my cache and also logged on a different browser and it worked! Good luck!
