Public mobile is charging another credit card which is not registered under my account for my service renewal

I purchased US roaming, crossed the border and don't have phone service for the 2nd day in a row, I have a note 3 phone, reached out to moderator team, they fixed my wife's phone but fine is still not working, still waiting for the moderator to reply...

Have not received it till today, I need to activate it with promo plan that got expired on Nov 20th, if I don't get it this week, is there any other way to get a new SIM and activate it with the promom plan?
