I activated new service and had sumitted my email to receive the advertised 5GB of extra data.When I log into my account it only shows that I have 500mb plus and additional 500mb. How do I get the promo data added?
Completely unhelpful, rude and combative. I worked for ATT for 11 years. I have a full understanding of how phone activations work and absolutely the promo can be added at the point of activation.
Exept I didn't get any terms and conditions. The ad literal asked me to enter my email and then just said my email was entered. I did not get an email confirmation. Nor did the ad indicate that the 5GB was for one month only - this is bait and sw...
