My phone has no service and I need help trying to figure out why - was working one minute and then had no service the next - never had this problem before and I have been using the service for a few months now.
not sure what is going on but my phone has not had service since yesterday and I am on Autopay and not sure what the problem could be. did an up date and still not service??
