I got a text from PM saying I have 10 min left on my plan, but when I log in to my account it says I have used only 31 of my 100 minutes, which one do I trust?

I guess my pin right but they only give out your data usage and not your minutes used

I dont see a pin number in any of my text messages, I'll try and guess and see if that works
