2 days without a reply from the mods to the "failed activation" error. This is ridiculous, especially when the credit card charge sure as hell didn't "fail".
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you would need to reactivate it within 3 months (6 months after last payment). Otherwise you'd lose your plan.
