I do have "$0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 500min INTL Long Distance incl CA & US" under my account. 498 mins. left  To confirm I will be able to use data and call with in Quebec and call outside of Quebec without and additional charges.

I am having simmilar issue. On my mobile it show full signal, but my voice was cutting and other party was not able to understand what i was saying. This started today after using PM for about a week. I was on 401 between 400 and Markham rd.
