@dabr well.... looks like it’s a solid no from the mod team. super poor first experience with the lack of clear verbiage. 

@dabr how would one go about that? I have a new sim and was hoping to activate today. gave my current carrier a chance to help but they wouldn’t budge. now I have a sim I can’t use. 

thought the old promo plan ended tonight as indicated?
