I bought a US data and roaming 10 day plan several days ago. It appears on my "add ons" but does not seem to be working. I can't use data and my phone calls only work intermittently. 

I am having multiple issues with my public mobile (30.00 plan). I have been in the US for two months but am still paying for my plan with autopay and am trying to add the 15.00 talk and text 10 day US roaming add on.  I have added 15.00 to my account...

I just activated a phone number with public mobile it works normally but when I try and add it to my apple ID (I have an iphone 6) it says it cannot verify the phone number because it is already being used on another account.  Not sure how to move fo...
