Just a random question, do you have to be an oracle/ mod to be able to add a custom user icon? If we have to look at ugly icons like @NDesai everyday we should be able to change our own 

Best thing to do is message the moderators, see if there is any way for them to trade it in the background. I doubt there is anything that can be done from self serve.

@atarijedi by overnight it should have been changed over already. I would suggest resetting your phone, as every tech support person does lol. Also confirm your APN settings are correct. IF all else fails, sent a private message to hte moderators ...

@Barbieb This is something you can accomplish yourself in the self serve section of the site. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner. From there you can make any changes to your account without moderator assitance. This link can assist ...
