Hi there, trying to port my number from bell but getting a "sorry, we are unable to process this request....."Help!

I had a bit if a rough start when I signed up for pm a couple years ago myself. I'm very happy I decided to stick with it though, service is great and everyone here is very helpful. I hope you don't get too frustrated. It's worth it!
