Ok, so I have gone into my account and changed my SIM card to the iPhone 5 PM SIM card and my change was accepted. But now neither phones have service. How long does it take for the new SIM card to activate?

Hi, I am in the process of transferring from an iPhone 4 (I know, it's a dinosaur, but it has worked for me so far) to an iPhone 6. The SIM card for the 6 is smaller than the one for the 4, so I cannot simply move the SIM card over. So my question is...

I put in a "can't receive calls" email to the moderators on Saturday. I have yet to receive a response. Some calls come through... other callers get a "this number is not in service" message. 

Have had phone for just over 2 weeks. I can call out no problem, but when I misplaced my phone earlier today, I tried calling it with the landline and it said "number not in service". I came into my account to make sure I had the right number... coul...
