Same phone. 2nd order arrived on UPS from same city next day (shipper/inventory company is in my city). Card already charged for both orders. It's definitely not FIFO (First in first out)

Ordered two phones separately. Second arrived but first is nowhere to be found. Is @CS_Agent one to message? (I already did yesterday).
