I just joined PM a couple days ago. I carried my old number over and data/calling are working well however I cannot send/receive text messages. Can someone help me? Thanks

This is honestly so frusturating, hasn't been working for me since last weekend. This game is mostly the reason I decided to joing PM and get data.

I tried that too and it still does not work. I emailed PM on Saturday about this and they have yet to respond. I have no idea what I should do
