My account shows ( As best as I can understand ) that I have a $5.00 unused phone add on but my phone won't work. What do i do to get credit for this add on and get the phone working??
I have tried that but there is no prompt to activate the add on. They give me a list of add ons to purchase but not the 500 minutes for $5.00. Do you have any other suggestions?
