We were on the last step of the registration process... entered the credit card info.. clicked submit and then the page went to an error screen saying it timed out. I cannot log into the account we created.Please help.

The US texting addon is no longer showing up for me. Am i missing something? Ive had to add it to my account the past 20 days, and need to add it two more times for our trip.
